You can feel the warm and vibrant yet modern and luxury atmosphere in the moment you step into their dining area. I really impressed with their beautiful trinkets that was placed into each and every tables.

You can choose to sit at the common area or the semi private area when you dine in at Sana Sini Restaurant.

Complimentary Bread

Sana Sini Restaurant gave us a beautifully cooked and fresh from the oven complimentary bread. It may looks a little bit tough, but you know what, it has a very soft and chewy textures. I really love the fragrance that this complimentary bread has. You will taste the sweet-savory taste from the almond, sweet-sour from the raisins and sour-savory from the olives. It taste marvelous and will bring up your appetites.

On this station, you will find a diverse kind of bread. You will find a diverse kind of shapes, textures and tastes. Aside from Sana Sini Restaurant's bread collections, you will find a diverse kind of jams, butter and of course cheeses. Sana Sini really indulged their customer by offering a very beautiful collections of bread and cheese.

Sana Sini Restaurant offers you over than 50 kinds of wine on their wine collection. The most indulging part is, you can ordered it in a glass. Sana Sini Restaurant have a Vinoteca Wine Concept that use Enomatic machines that will make wines still in its peak condition even after they were opened.

From salads through seafoods and meats, Sana Sini Restaurant's Western station brings the joy and happiness for their customers. One thing that caught my eyes are their Lamb Chop, Tuna with Lemon Cream Sauce, Aubergine Zucchini Parmigiana, Linguini Salmon Cream, Roasted Curry Cauliflower and Grilled Stuffed Mushroom with Cream Cheese (yeah... I eat a lot).

For your info, everyday, there will be a special dish on Western station. When I went there, Sana Sini Restaurant serve a Grilled U.S. Beef tenderloin “churrasco”

Grilled U.S. Beef tenderloin “churrasco”

A huge chunk of grilled US Beef Tenderloin was served on one of the corner of Western station. One of the chef will happily helps to sliced the tenderloin for you. To tell you the truth, the tenderloin was grilled perfectly! You can see the golden brown on the exterior and pink on the inside, The meat itself was really juicy and tender. The sauce is really complimenting the meat. You can taste the sweetness from the meat combined beautifully with tangy and savory from the sauce.

My favorite station will be the Japanese station. You will be indulged with their beautiful collection of Japanese food. You can find sushi, sashimi, soba, udon, ramen, tempura and robatayaki. You can the freshness on every ingredients that served on this station.

To tell you the truth, I really love sashimi. When I saw that Sana Sini Restaurant offers a diverse and unlimited sashimi, it really makes my day become brighter.

One thing that you have to try when you went to this place is their Robatayaki

Robatayaki is the original traditional Japanese barbecue cooked in front of customers and served direct, similar to the style of sushi. But robatayaki refers to a method of cooking, in which items of food on skewers are slow-grilled over hot charcoal. Traditionally, the food consists of a combination of morsels of seafood and vegetables, but other kinds of food that are suitable for grilling may also be offered.

You will be pampered with the delicious flavor and appetizing aroma of robatayaki. The robatayaki was wisely seasoned. The sweet and savory sauce was infiltrated beautifully into the meat, the texture is rich and you will adicted with the aroma.

On the Chinese station, you will find a dim sum trough Peking Duck! I really love the dim sum. For my opinions, you have to try the simplest or the most common dish to see does the restaurant has a good dish or not. When I tasted the Shiomay, I just know that Sana Sini Restaurant has a wonderful and delicious Chinese dish. You have to try the roast duck and the Wonton Noodle soup.

The most interesting and incredible part on Sana Sini Restaurant's Chinese station, all the ingredients was homemade! They make the noodles and the meatballs from scratch, so you do not have to be worried about the dish that you eat.

I really love the Wonton Noodles. You just go to the station and pick up the ingredients that you want to try and gave it to the chef. He/she will cook it for you. You can choose the ingredients, the noodles, and the broth, and let the chef do his thing to give you the delicious and healthy dish according to your taste.

For you who want to indulge your appetite with herbs and spices, you can go to Sana Sini Restaurant's Indonesian Station. You can find a diverse kind of Indonesian dish from apetizer trough main course. One thing for sure, Sana Sini Restaurant have a corner that tributed to Indonesian sambal (chili). You can find sambal terasi (shrimp), dabu-dabu (Manadonese chili), sambal matah (Balinese chili), cabe ijo (Green chili), sambal bajak (Central Javanese chili), sambal mangga muda (green gangoes), kemangi (basil), sambal kacang (pestled nut with chili).

The "must try item" on this station is Sana Sini Restaurant's satay

Satay originated in Java, Indonesia. It is available almost anywhere in Indonesia, where it has become a national dish. Satay or sate, is a dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with a sauce.

There were 3 kinds of satay that you can try at Sana Sini Restaurant; There are chicken, beef and lamb. The satay was grilled on the charcoal griller. so you can smell the aromatic burnt and combined with the nut sauce and sweet soy sauce to make it perfect.

I really admire how Sana Sini Restaurant served mangosteen at their fruit station. This southeast asian fruit is barely found on five stars hotel. The purple mangosteen, colloquially known simply as mangosteen, is a tropical evergreen tree believed to have originated in the Sunda Islands and the Moluccas of Indonesia.

Well, mangosteen is the "must try item" on the fruit station!

My second most favorite station is the dessert station. I really love how Sana Sini Restaurant arranged the display. It was so colorful and looks yummy! You have to try their panna cotta and cakes. All of them are beautiful and delicious!

But one thing that really makes me happy is their collection of homemade gelato and sorbet. Usually, Sana Sini Restaurant serves 3 kinds of sorbet and 3 kinds of gelato. They rotate the flavor every day, so you will find a different taste every time you went to this place. Ugh I fell in love with this place!

Jajanan Pasar Station might not be the most glamorous station on Sana Sini Restaurant. They only displayed the jajanan pasar (snacks) on one cabinet. But you have to try their Tape Ketan! It is so delicious and makes you scream for more.

For the drinks, Sana Sini Restaurant serves a diverse kind of smoothies that will brighten up your day. Not only healthy, but the smoothies will drawn a smile on your face when you drink it.

The tomato sauce gives you a sweet sour sensation and the savory cheese lift up the dish higher.

To tell you the truth, Sana Sini Restaurant become my numero uno on my "all you can eat buffet" in Jakarta. What an indulging place and a memorable dishes. Can not wait to go there once again.... and again.... and again... haha...
